Payment Options
We accept various payment methods to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. You can pay using credit/debit cards, PayPal or bank transfers. If you have any issues with payment, please do not hesitate to contact our UK support team for assistance.
Lead Times & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) dependent on stock availability. Once shipped you will be emailed a tracking number, delivery should then take place 1-3 days depending on location, most UK locations would be delivered next day. If you have any special delivery requirements order need your order delivering on a certain day please get in touch before placing your order.
Returns & Repairs
Unwanted product can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, the costs of the return will be the responsibility of the customer and the product and any accessories must be returned in the same packaging and condition as sent. Any product that develops a fault within 12 months can be returned for repair, all efforts to save any data on the product will be made although we cannot guarantee this. After the 12 month warranty period we still offer the right to repair where welcome systems back for investigation and repair however fees are applicable. In any case all returns must first have an RMA number, please contact our support team at support@link-technology.co.uk to get this.
